Prenatal doula

I support a person’s right to make the healthcare decision they believe is best for their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and for that I offer a comprehensive and confidential prenatal support.

I do not guide nor coach people, but I listen to them, I stay open and present, and I help them find the keys to chose by themselves in full autonomy and confidence. I enthusiastically welcome clients of all ethnicities, backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and family types.

Being a doula for me is being an unconditional support throughout the pregnancy, and giving the parents a safe place where they can find respect and confidence. I support every birth plan : at home, at the hospital, vaginal birth or c-section…

During the pregnancy

I will come to your place, to listen to you, to your history, to your hopes and to your fears.

I will help you find the information you need, understand them and understand yourself.

I will help you write a birthplan that both matches your expectations and the reality of the birth care in France. I can also support you in a practical way, for example if you have to stay in bed (meals, chores…). .

During the birth

If you want to and if that’s possible, I’ll be your birth partner, at home or at the hospital, so that you have a person of trust with you during this important time of your life. 

I can also be there as a translator, or to help your partner if they need some support as well. As a doula, I consider myself a guardian of your emotional and physical wellbeing during the birth.

During pregnancy and birth

I’m here to listen to you and to support you, during in person appointments or by emails, phone, messages. I can give you local referrals, books and online resources.
