I believe doula and perinatal services must be as inclusive as possible. That is why I propose a sliding scale. 

• Regular price: it allows me to work as a doula in a fair and balanced way.
• Lower price: if you need a discount on the regular price, in order to be able to benefit from my services without jeopardizing your finances 
• Higher price: if you want to support my activity and allow other people to benefit from lower prices or free services

DOULA – in person appointments

1 session – Lower price €50 I Regular price €75 I Higher price €90 

1.5hrs session to meet each other, talk about your needs and what I can offer, or to talk about a specific topic that can be covered in one session

In addition to in-person appointments, this package includes phone calls, emails, messages, local referrals, books and online resources, as well as book and equipment loans. *

Birth support – Lower price €250 I Regular price €400 I Higher price €550

This package includes my availability during 2 weeks before and one week after birth, and my presence during the whole birth as your birth partner.

Hospitals in France do not generally accept more than one birth partner, so be aware that it may be refused.

I offer a full range of services to support you and your baby, during your pregnancy and after. 

Baby massage

This baby massage class is designed to help parents and babies discover the joys and benefits of the power of touch. Learn gentle and effective massage techniques specially tailored for your little ones. In each class we will go over massage movements for each part of the body. 

Each class lasts about an hour and a half  and is suitable for 3- weeks-old babies to crawling babies. 

Baby wearing

Lower price €50 I Regular price €75 I Higher price €90 

The practice of baby wearing is timeless. Benefits of baby wearing include : positive attachment, physical and emotional regulation, and the practical ability to use both hands! In this class you will learn about the mechanics, positioning and benefits of ring slings, wraps, and carriers. I’ll bring my own carriers, and if you already have one, I will show you how to use it. 

The class lasts about 2 hours. You can take it during pregnancy (preferably before the 7th month) or/and when baby is already born.

Cloth diapers / reusable nappies

€45 in person / €30 online 

In this class you will learn how to choose and how to use reusable diapers, how to easily and effectively launder your diapers, and the impact that your choice has on the planet, your wallet, and your day-to-day life. 

The class lasts about 1.5hrsand can also be taken online. 

Baby music

€45

For infants from 6 months to 3- years- old toddlers, you’ll learn a lot of fun musical activities for little ones ! Nursery rhymes, percussion plays, sound discovery… I’ll adjust the activities to your little ones and to the mood of the day. This class is in French only, so you’ll learn some French nursery rhymes at the same time as your baby.

The class lasts about 45 minutes.
