I do not guide nor coach people, but I listen to them, I stay open and present, and I help them find the keys to choose by themselves in full autonomy and confidence.

Postpartum support
I will come to your home, listen to you, your history, your hopes and your fears. I will help you find and understand the information you need (about baby sleep, feeding, needs).
My goal is to empower you, so that you become the parents you want to be, with serenity and confidence.
Because your needs will be changing daily, I will adapt my services to fit your requirements. At the start of each visit, we will go over what your needs are for the day. You might want to catch up on sleep, take a bath or shower, while I take care of your baby, & older sibling, prepare snacks & meals, or take care of the laundry, household chores & organise your home. Or you may want to talk with me about your feelings, your baby, and all the changes you could be experiencing .
I’m here to listen to you and support you, during in- person appointments or with emails, phone, messages. I can give you local referrals (to local healthcare providers, associations…), books and online resources.
